I do not own Portal or any of the characters. I am just an insignificant insect that is just a fan. All characters belong to ŠValve Corporation

I did this with a Tumblr's [link] Wheatley in mind. This is an Android Wheatley...

Now I am not sure what the story is with this Wheatley but I asked their Wheatley a question about Chell....& it made him cry... I felt so bad... But hten I thought...what if they met again by some chance?
Of course Wheatley was a core when Chell saw him last I guess so she may not recognize that this is Wheatley.... Also she may not know about Androids.

I have this Chell use sign language because so many people have problems with using their voice, either by trauma or surgical reasons... Also there are allot for the hearing impaired or hard of hearing people... More today now that allot of soldiers may have had most of their hearing blown in combat... So allot of them are gamers... Of all the characters out there in media, I barely know of any who sign language.

But I digress... I had this aaaaw moment when Wheatley began to cry... that I had to draw something...

What is your guess may happen next? Do you think Chell's reaction may be if he tells her? Will Wheatley open his mouth & say something? Will he tell her who he is? Will he ever get a chance to say he is sorry? Is there more between them in the horizon? nudge* nudge*

This is great!
Im actually making a fanfiction about how after Wheatley was trapped in space, he sees a falling "star", and grabs onto it at the last second, making him fall to earth, and soon realises that the star was actually a girl, and a personaloty core at that. Her name is grace and wheatley falls in love with her, forgetting about chell completeley. Bte i dont like chell but my oponion is that no wonder wheatley betrayed chell, she was butt ugly. :l

& of course she can talk but she does suffer Selective Mutism from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome...

She had been through allot of trauma & sometimes when someone suffers trauma & loss of control in the situations they are in, some people react in different ways.

Some can suffer from "selective mutism" it means that they have the ability to talk they just don't use it. Similarly, there is "conversion disorder," which is usually an effect of trauma also. This is when real, physical symptoms (such as muteness) occur, but with no medical explanation for them.

A treatment for people who suffer from this are to find alternate ways to communicate...as in texting or emailing....even sign language was used. A common misconception remains that a selectively mute patient is defiant or stubborn.

It is very rare in adults but as I have studied those who have suffered PTSD also may suffer form mutism. They just can't speak.

With Chell I want it to be a mystery whether she choses to speak or can't...besides all she says is "Yes" but to kill Wheatley....that wasn't used so I would go with this option. It adds depths in my opinion.
