To Vector or not to Vector?

I am trying this new Photo shop thing and I think that maybe I am better with the Vector thing... I mean I love being able to put my sketches up, but it looks so sloppy to me. I wish I had some idea on how to make it look cleaner. So i am sticking to Vector for now... I like how I can just trace it and it turns out so nice, but then i lose alot of what i think is emotions in the drawing. I continue to struggle between the two... I go forth and hopefully i can be able to figure it out.... someday...

illustrator is better to vector with than photoshop

Yeah I use them both... but the CoralDraw gives me more options in filling.
