TMNT version of Capt. America's meme

So there is this meme going around that has Captian America saying "HAIL HYDRA." which has people blown away... so you see meme's now of other characters doing it.... all of them ranging from Marvel to DC to even cartoon network & nick. But one thing I have not seen was from TMNT... so of course, I had to put in the last think you would think happen in TMNT.... & so... BOOM! There you go!
